Industry Reminders and Quick Tips

To qualify as a 1035 exchange, funds must come from another life insurance contract. If you are completing a 1035 exchange, please remember to always send a copy of the applicant’s most current statement, showing the owner and insured of the policy. This will help our team as we initiate and callout to the transfer company in expediting the transfer request.
