Get Ready for Long-Term Care Insurance Awareness Month
October 13, 2020
It’s estimated about 70% of Americans age 65 and older are expected to need some type of long-term care.1
When you consider a woman turning age 65 today can expect to live, on average, until age 85 (life expectancy for a 65-year-old man today is 83)2, that’s a two-decade timeframe where the need for some form of long-term care is likely.
AE Life can help you make the case for conversations about long-term care insurance. Later this month, we’ll send you a sneak peek of materials you can use during Long-Term Care Insurance Awareness Month in November. You’ll find everything from mailers, videos and seminar slides to radio and phone scripts.
For more long-term care resources, email our LTC team today at lifeltc@advisorsexcel.com. Or, give me a call at 866.363.9595to kick around some ideas.

September May Be in the Rear-View Mirror, But Policy Reviews Aren’t!
Even though September was Life Insurance Awareness Month, it’s not too late to encourage clients to schedule a policy review.
Last month, we sent you an email with details on our Pre-Packaged Policy Review Campaign. These ready-to-use policy review materials include everything you need to encourage consumers to make an appointment with you: videos, phone scripts, event invitations and PowerPoint presentations.
Additional resources outline the benefits of a complimentary policy review, including how life insurance not only provides valuable death benefit protection, but could also help clients create retirement income and potentially minimize taxes.
Insurance guarantees are backed by the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing company.
