Season of Sharing is a community effort dedicated to supporting local individuals and families during the holidays. We focus on fulfilling unique needs and services other holiday programs often cannot address.
Go to www.ourcommunitycares.org to apply. Fill out the form to nominate yourself or someone else. Please be sure to include your contact information as well as contact information for the person you are nominating.

Season of Sharing reserves the right to accept or deny any application that is submitted.
Applicants will be notified by phone, email or mail whether or not they have been selected by Dec. 12.
We will work with you to find a time and place that is convenient for you.
All submissions will be taken into consideration. We look at each request on an individual basis.
We prioritize unique or specialized wishes that improve recipients' quality of life — needs often unmet by other programs. This can include essentials like medical equipment not covered by insurance, educational resources for students and home safety modifications.
We are unable to assist with vehicle purchases or repairs, rental home repairs or bill payments.
It's your choice! The application asks for permission to photograph or film gift recipients for future promotions. Declining will not affect your eligibility.
By submitting your application, you agree to undergo a required background check. Applicants give permission to collect and enter their personal/household information into Clarity.
