Our vision is to create a transformative impact in our local community by upholding our five core principles, especially "always do the right thing." We support local causes both financially and through active employee volunteering. Each quarter, our team volunteers with organizations aligned with our five focus areas: Children and Education, Poverty, Hunger, Financial Literacy, and Mental Health.

Financial Literacy
As a company in the financial services industry, Advisors Excel sees firsthand the importance of establishing healthy financial habits. We are proud to support organizations that help others understand and use skills such as personal financial management, saving, budgeting and investing, which all contribute to financial well-being and self-trust.
Hunger
Access to food and proper nutrition is crucial for the health and well-being of ourselves and our families. When we’re hungry, we often can’t meet our other basic needs. We support programs in the community that work to address root causes of hunger and provide good, nourishing food to our neighbors.
Mental Health
Mental health is an important factor for all of us, whether it's being successful at work, being happy at home, or contributing to society. We support organizations that make mental health a priority in our community.
Poverty
We support programs in the community that address root causes of poverty and provide safety, stability and dignity to people in Topeka and Shawnee County.
Education
We believe all children deserve a childhood that is safe, fun and educational. We support programs in the community that provide educational opportunities to children and prepare them for a bright future.

Have a Knack for Business and a Heart for Helping? Kick-start your future in personal financial planning! Advisors Excel is proud to offer three $5,000 scholarships to incoming minority or female students pursuing a degree in Kansas State University's Personal Financial Planning (PFP) program. "For the 20 years I've been in the financial services industry, there have been many discussions about the lack of minorities and women in the profession. We want to start taking action and change that," said Advisors Excel Co-Founder Cody Foster
Each year at our signature World Series of Success event, we join with our top clients to give back and share our financial resources with one deserving organization. Since 2009, we’ve been able to raise more than $5 million to help incredible charities and amazing organizations around the country, including The V Foundation for Cancer Research, the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Payton’s “Play It Forward” Foundation, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® and the United Service Organizations.
